Anita Beane Hunt

Anita is a graduate of North Carolina Central University and received her legal training at NCCU School of Law.  Shortly after graduation she founded The Hunt Law Firm, PLLC (HLF) in 1998.  The Firm started as a general practice representing clients in both civil and criminal matters.

Anita has participated in and completed several National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) programs and courses including Trial Advocacy Skills and Deposition courses.  A longstanding member of the North Carolina Advocates For Justice (formally known as the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers), she has over fourteen years of courtroom experience and is licensed to practice in both North Carolina State and Federal Courts.

As an attorney at HLF, Anita’s primary concentration has been in the area of Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury, Contract and Settlement negotiations.  She has also served as General Counsel for various businesses and organizations.  Anita has handled thousands of cases and has a thorough knowledge and understanding of the injury law.

Ralph A. Hunt, Jr.

Ralph is a graduate of South Carolina State University and went on to receive his law degree from North Carolina Central University School of Law.  Ralph joined the firm in 2003 and concentrates in Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury law, Contract and Settlement negotiations along with limited Criminal matters.  In addition, he serves as General Counsel for various businesses, organizations and individuals.  He is a member of the North Carolina Advocates For Justice (formally known as the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers) and several other civil and criminal legal organizations.

Ralph has participated in and completed several National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) programs and courses including Trial Advocacy Skills and Deposition courses.  He has also completed the North Carolina Defender Trial School and The National College for DUI defense course at Harvard Law School.  Ralph has trial experience in both District and Superior Court and is licensed to practice in both North Carolina State and Federal Courts.

Ralph and Anita have four children, Ralph, III (Tre), Lauren, Nijel and Ryan.   Together they call themselves Team Hunt.
